Leadership Coaching

What you get

Three weekly coaching sessions per month, with the fourth week off for you to reflect on and integrate what you’ve been working on. Sessions are 50 minutes long, conducted by phone, Skype, Face Time, or other voice-to-voice channel. Also included are e-mails and texts for when you have questions between sessions.

Fee

$600 per month.

Accelerated Intensive Leadership Coaching

Do you want to challenge yourself with greater accountability? Do you have an immediate problem, such as a key stakeholder who’s impossible to work with, a team member unengaged to the point of insolence, a bully making your life miserable? Have you been suddenly promoted to a leadership position?

Choose accelerated intensive coaching for new leaders. Get double the coaching time and support, and be the best leader you can be, right away.

What you get

Six coaching sessions per month, two a week for three weeks of the month, with the fourth week off for you to reflect on and integrate what you’ve been working on. Sessions are 50 minutes long, conducted by phone, Skype, Face Time, or other voice-to-voice channel. Also included are e-mails and texts for when you have questions between sessions. And for the Accelerated Intensive coaching, extra homework to keep you moving and growing as a leader.

Fee

$1,100 per month.
